Entertained by Robbie Williams

Last night hubby and I went to Manchester's Ethiad Statium to see Robbie Williams!

We walked up one of these "Curly Wurly" ramps to get to our seats!

There were so many people - from our seats its looked like a swarm of insects all jumping and dancing at the same time!

It was my birthday treat and it was fantastic.

We dropped the children off with our wonderful friends, had some lunch with them and then set off for Manchester.

Olly Murs was the supporting act, he was good but not as great as I thought he would be.

And then Robbie came on!  In fact he zoomed onto the stage with a zip wire from the top of the gold head on the stage!

He was amazing, the stage was fantastic, full of incredible wire sculptures of Robbie that moved, complete with fire and balloons and the band and supporting dancers were fantastic.

He did lots of his old songs, including Angels (which was wonderful) and also his new ones (Candy). Both hubby and I danced and sung along it was a great night.

The show finished with fireworks set off to Angel!

It was a fantastic birthday treat x x

(Apologies for the quality of the photos, some were on my phone and the others were from my old small camera that just fits in my pocket, also it was raining! Luckily we were seated and didn't get wet at all)
