Spring - Worth The Wait

Seven months ago the children were busy in the garden.  They planted lots of bulbs-daffodils, tulip and crocus.  Then we waited and waited.  The garden has looked pretty bare during the winter.

 

But this is what we were waiting for. 

 

The sun shone again today even though it was still cold and as I gathered in the washing off the line I smiled.  Neither Hubby or I could be classed as Gardeners!  But it does look pretty outside at the moment with all the bulbs in flower - it was worth the seven month wait!
