The sun is shining again today. Its freezing but I don't really care much as the bright blue sky and big yellow sun are making up for it. It finally feels like spring today. The washing is drying on the line, the children have been playing outside (I love hearing them running about and giggling outside, not sure the neighbours agree, mind you!) and we had a lovely afternoon walk in the sunshine.
Hubby finished work today for a couple of days holiday and when he got home we wrapped up warm and headed down the road the Stourhead (Our Nearest National Trust Property). We are making good use of our family membership and trying to go somewhere at least once a month (Thanks to Mum and Dads Christmas Present.)
The daffodils were all out compared to our last visit and we even enjoyed our first ice cream of the year! We have four fun filled days ahead planned and are keeping out fingers and toes crossed for the sunshine to continue.
